We enjoyed our recent stay in the green lifeguard tiny house! It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and about a 10-minute easy drive to Siesta Beach.
Tiny house was awesome an the location is perfect for anyone wanting to travel to Siesta Key beaches. Location is also so close to a variety of amazing restaurant's an Ice cream 😁. Easily could've been 5/5 but reason we gave a 4/5 was bc of the amount of ants dead/alive inside the tiny home
The location was mere minutes from the beach and shopping. Well kept and neat. Small space with everything a small family would need for a cozy getaway.
This place is very cute. I only stayed one night but it had everything we needed. I got the best night of sleep on the loft bed. I felt very relaxed and at peace there. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Very much enjoyed our getaway here. Check-In easy. Property Management very responsive. Tiny House -- interesting.
Was not aware that there would be no closets, drawers for clothes, or even hooks to hang something up. Be ready to live out of your suitcase if you stay in this particular Tiny House. (I understand the square footage varies by unit, so do some homework.) Also, Queen beds, were up in lofts, accessed by either steep stairs (no railing) or ladder, and the beds were on the floor. Fortunately we were fit enough to handle this!
Liked the location near Stickney's Point and the shopping and good restaurants within walking distance, but further down our street was not really inviting, and residents drove WAY too fast up and down Avenue A.
All in all, so glad we tried a Tiny House!
The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, as I received the access code in advance, allowing for a smooth entry. The house itself is quaint and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, I found the ladder to reach one of the beds to be a bit tricky; it might be best suited for children or adults who are strong enough to manage the climb safely.
While the overall experience was positive, there are a few areas where clearer instructions would enhance the stay—specifically, guidance on opening the futon bed and operating the barn door leading to the bathroom. Additionally, it's important to note that the air conditioning should be set to 68°. If you're visiting during cooler months, bringing warmer clothing could make your stay more comfortable.
Make sure to take quick showers, as the hot water does run out fairly quickly, but I did appreciate the strong water pressure. The presence of a dog cage was a great convenience when leaving the house, ensuring our furry friend was secure.
Overall, the house offered great value for its price, and its central location was a significant advantage. It’s within walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, Carrabba's, and an ice cream shop, making it an excellent spot for both relaxation and dining.
Overall we would return for another staycation.
The area is quiet. The house is in a side road near a strip plaza. It’s cute and good for the tiny home experience.
The microwave in our home looked pretty damaged on the inside. We did not use it but the stove top worked great!
This tiny house was the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. Very comfortable and great area, with two restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!
Absolutely adorable tiny house and only a few minutes to Siesta Key's gorgeous beaches. Highly recommend, affordable, dogs welcome. Nice grassy area across the street to walk your dog. Tiny house was exactly as pictured online.

It was our first time staying in a tiny house so it was really cool to experience what life would be like in a tiny home.
My kids were completely shocked and loved the tiny house experience. It had all necessary amenities and location was close to everything, mainly the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This was q quit a fun experience. So cute and fun. Kids loved it. Even on a 90° day there was nice breeze blowing. Close to just about anything you need. Just around corner are resturants. Ice cream shop and more. Delightful stay.

Not for seniors
okay for younger people. Could not get up the ladder to the bed. Expensive for what you got. Tried to check in after 3 and code did not work. Had to call to get assistance.
The property managers were very efficient with all communications. The tiny house was clean. We did have a problem with some ants in the loft where we slept. I did not care for that, especially since our mattresses were directly on the floor, other than that, it was a great place to stay!

The house is adorable. Everything was clean and there really was plenty of space.
We had a lot of trouble with the front door knob/lock. If that could be fixed (replaced) it'd be all good. No other issues. We would stay there again.

The property is clean and pleasant. The house is very tiny but charming. I really enjoyed the stay. Up to 5 people can stay but the sleeping arrangement leaves no privacy so appropriate for families or close friends. Just round the corner, there is a grocery, two restaurants and ice cream parlor, nail salon, Wallgreens. It's 10-20 minutes ride to the famous Siesta Beach (depending on the traffic) or some 20 minutes walk to a closer Crescent Beach (Crescent Beach does not have parking or sufficient other infrastructure).
