Beach Club at Siesta Key

The listing was accurate. The apartment was clean and the location steps from the beach. Trolley was also steps away to take you up or down Midnight Pass. We had a lovely time and would recommend this location.

Short walk to beach

Nice clean property. Updated it is small. Be aware that the private beach is extremely tiny—maybe 10-15 yards across. Chairs and umbrellas are provided. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to the public beach which is more spacious.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was the best feature of this property. We loved the area is Siesta Key where this property is located. The pool was great. The beach was beautiful but disappointing. The beach was full of seaweed that never got cleaned up. We were disappointed that the city or the resorts never cleaned up. We would stay again. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Everything in the room works and we had everything we needed for kitchen use. Attached deck was great to have in the evenings to hang out. Will definitely return in the near future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s in a perfect location. Condo is nice just needed to be cleaned better. The coffee pot had mold inside and we found some ones bandanna mixed in the sheets. And one bathroom had a sewer smell. Our room was close to the dumpster where there was trash everywhere. I think this may have been an issue with the trash company. But over all a great place to stay.

Lovely Condo, Broken Hot Tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was clean and convenient to the beach. The disappointment was that the property hot tub was not working and apparently had not been for a few weeks. We actually spoke with the pool contractor and he said he didn't know when the association was going to fix it. We selected this property based on it having a hot tub so we probably would have went somewhere else had we know the hot tub was broke.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely a vaca to remember but not all positive experiences. Lets start by mentioning there is a kitchen but without any dish rags or hot pads. Informed office and they said they would let the owner know. We ran to the closest store that was still open at 11:00 pm as we wanted to wash our clothes the night before we left. We needed to get detergent in order to wash. By then it was close to midnight. When checking to see if clothes were ready for the dryer amenthe entire washer was full of water. The dial on the machine hadn't moved so the clothes were sitting in a tub full of water. The next morning we reported to office and they allowed us to use the washer and dryer in another unit. We weren't out at the check out time and the cleaning crew decided to come in while we were still there waiting to take clothes out of the dryer. One fiasco after another!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. Having kids running up and down above us was not ideal, but they were made aware and was much better. My only complaint is that the property in front of ours and the one beside at beach entrance, flagged off where you could put your beach chairs and we only had a tiny space to put our chairs. We are not used to that with stays in other places. Beach is beautiful and have been before that was the situation. Probably would not stay there again, or recommend due to the beach situation. Hyatt and the other one ?

The condo is cute and clean. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Beach towels and chairs and umbrellas are available for the beach which was a great touch. We enjoyed our stay.
