RVA offers Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort. Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck.

Gulf front beauty

Lovely, well-appointed unit facing Gulf. Appreciated the outstanding service of the property manager. Any issues were handled promptly while also managing the cleanup and restoration of first floor units from hurricanes. Large warm pool was wonderful. We will return in March.

Pleasant stay

The place is roomy and nice and big, nice view.But as soon we got there the toilet was not working we had to flush it by touching the float each time cause maintenance wasn’t available till the next morning. The other thing we weren’t crazy about for a condo that when you walk in you’re in the bedroom so when you open the door people can look right in. Despite all that we would probably stay again.Thanks Silver Sands

Great condo!!

Last minute getaway for 2. The resort has easy access to beach chairs, umbrella, floats and some toys for kids. We had a great view and the condo had everything we needed. We had groceries delivered and took Ubers to dinner. The nice women at the front office even helped revive our groceries when we couldn’t make it back on time. Will definitely recommend and will book again!

Wonderful couples stay

This will be a go-to place for us in the future because of the private beach experience and the quiet atmosphere. Inside the condo it's bright, beachy, and comfy.It's on the second floor and the balcony is awesome with 6 cushioned seats, a table, and an ocean view. We loved it! Margaret and Sue in the office were very sweet and super accommodating.They have beach umbrellas available at the rental office upon request. The pool was clean and warm. The only constructive feedback is the big chaise lounge chairs for the beach sometimes run out. Fortunately we found two small folding chairs (near the provided pool noodles) but another couple missed out on having chairs for the beach. We think adding a few extra small folding chairs might be an easy solution. Also, service is needed on the sliding door to the patio as it screeches significantly. As for food, we mostly picked up from Coquina Beach Cafe. It was super cheap compared to the other restaurants around Anna Maria--and the food was actually surprisingly good (french toast, eggs, bacon, fish tacos, burgers, ice cream, drinks). There's another ice cream place up by Lazy Lobster. We wished we'd visited La Norma for a dinner out. It's an Italian restaurant with casual outdoor seating that looks/sounds like you're in Italy (fancy inside). Can't wait to come back whenever we need a few beach days! Thanks so much!

A wonderful quick weekend getaway
