RVA offers Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort. Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck, so guests can read email, surf the Internet and soak up the Florida sun all at the same time!



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Silver Sands #232 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

This condo is everything it was represented to be. Beautiful beach. Pool is very clean, warm and inviting. Condo is clean. It is an older unit, not a super luxurious feel, but very accommodating and comfortable. Location is great for walking, beachcombing, convenient to dining. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway for 2

The room itself was clean and was well decorated with a beachy vibe. It was a perfect location for 2 people to spend a couple days at the beach with access to some good local restaurants . The property itself is a bit outdated but it’s hard to beat the location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice but when I arrived just after 5 pm they forgot to leave the key out and I was locked out for couple of hours. Very frustrating

Very quiet and beautiful resort, love the screened in porches and full kitchens! Pool was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Nothing fancy, but I personally like that, and the short stroll to the beach is absolutely beautiful! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful,also.

The locatoin of this property is excellent, and the unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Great access to an uncrowded beach. The management was very accomodative and friendly. Quick weekend trip for my husbands birthday. We wanted to enjoy the beach since the hurricane did much damage by our home in Fort Myers. This was the perfect spot. Great location. Reasonably priced. Plenty of beach and pool equipment to use. Nice restaurants in the area as well.

A Nice Little Place

The property is accurately described, nice front room with kitchenette. The bedroom is fine and the bathroom too. Folks at the office are very nice and helpful. We liked the access to Cedars tennis, a very nice feature. We enjoyed using the pool and grill cooking and the beach is nice too. We will go back.

Beautiful Getaway on the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely efficiency. The rooms were sparkling clean, and well stocked with towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. The pool was clean with well-maintained lounge chairs. Umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards and beach chairs were available for our use free of charge. Best of all was the gorgeous beach and aqua blue gulf waters. Would highly recommend!
