Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very spacious! We had a family of 6 there and everyone felt comfortable. Location was right where we needed. The house was equipped with all that we needed. Check in and out process was easy. The house was a great value minus the extra fees and 500 refundable deposit that had to be paid at time of booking.

Karl was fantastic with all info about the area and any help we needed. Super clean , beautiful swimming pool , a/c was coooool and all creature comforts available and worked great. Love the safe clean neighborhood.

Our family had a very comfortable stay at this property while visiting family in Sarasota. Owner was very helpful and prompt about any concerns we had after checking in. Very clean and has all necessities to make for a pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay

House was clean and comfortable, lots of space in 3 bedroom 2 baths. Unfortunately pool was unheated so it was too cold to swim in. Convenient to Siesta beaches . We especially loved the free trolley that’s brought us to beaches and restaurants.

Traveled here with great aunts and Grandma. Home has no steps or inclines that made moving around difficult with wheelchair/walker. Very open floorplan, screened in pool was fantastic. Everything very clean, great location, very quiet. Ideal for quiet family vaca.

We had a group of 8 family adults and everyone enjoyed the property. I had contact information for the property owner if I needed anything but it was smooth sailing. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to shopping, dining and beaches. We loved it!

Easy and clean VRBO

The Siesta Key house was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We only booked two nights for a quick trip. The house was well equipped for a quick trip. The pool area was perfect for coffee and cocktails.

Good stay

Place is big. Definitely could use updated furniture but the location is good. House was clean. Loved being able to use the beach chairs. Washer and dryer was very good, which I appreciate. Pool is also a plus, too cold for us to use in January but if it was warmer outside we would have used it.

Ideal Home Base for a Siesta Key Adventure

We had an amazing stay at this property for our girls' trip to attend a friend's wedding. The house was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to spread out and get ready. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring Siesta Key. The location was fantastic, with a quick drive to all the major spots we wanted to visit. We would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Siesta Key. Highly recommend!

Great value for what it offers.

This is for you if more space and a private pool and lanai beats the crowds on the beach. House appears on the market with older decor, but it's very clean with recent appliances and well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach and pool. Fishing poles were a nice touch.

Loved our stay

This house was just as expected! It fit 8 adults perfectly, we all had somewhere to sleep comfortably. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had and he was very accommodating. The house had literally everything we needed as far as amenities. The 5 minute drive to siesta key beach was the best part! So thankful we found this place!
