Three bathrooms offer both showers and a relaxing bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The space stays cozy year-round with newly installed HV/AC, while thoughtful touches like fully stacked kitchen, laundry and bathrooms , where u will find a hair dryer and iron add convenience. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for an adventure, this quaint spot has you covered. Only 5-7 min away from SRQ airport. ( no airplanes above our place) , 15 min Sarasota Downtown , 20 min St. Armand’s Island and Lido Beach , 30-35 min Siesta Beach and 25 min to Bradenton Beach located @ Anna Maria Island.
