2-bedroom ground-floor condo with 2 king beds, a full kitchen, dining area for 6, and a large covered patio, newer kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, beds, and many furnishings. The living room has a large TV, sofa, chair, and a futon that folds out for an additional bed.. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private covered patio from the living room and master bedroom.

REDUCED PRICES FEB 16-27, 2026 BECAUSE CURRENTLY THIS UNIT HAS HEAT BUT NO AC UNTIL A REPAIR CAN BE DONE ON A WARMER DAY.

We are just up the road from the bridge to Siesta Key, within 2 miles. Siesta Key has stunning white sand beaches, restaurants, shops, and live music. We are about a block from Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. This is a convenient, easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota offers.

Wi-Fi, Roku, and a designated free parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if desired. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building on the ground floor near this unit.

Maximum condo occupancy is 6, including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.
No Smoking. We are a smoke-free property inside and outside.
No pets.

Expensive and right next to a busy street.

We stayed here during spring break because we couldn’t find a place on Siesta Key. The unit is very expensive for the quality. I paid more for this unit than similar units on Siesta Key. It’s right next to a busy street and not in a very nice area. During our stay we had four lizards in the bedrooms. Also the one and only dresser in the unit had a dirty sock in the drawer and the drawers were all dusty. The unit also had an usual smell. I couldn’t get any hot water and discovered the hot and cold handles in the shower were switched. The property owner was nice and easy to reach.

Nice place between sightseeing destinations

My Friend Stan and I wanted a well kept but inexpensive place to say while we spent our two weeks in Sarasota. We found that thus one met all of our criteria and was located very close to three of the best places to have breakfast in Sarasota.

It was a perfect choice!

It was all great! Cute, nice, clean place and welcoming friendly owner. We loved our stay and Sarasota. 2 king beds were a big plus. Living room and dining had plenty of furniture. Large private lanai and covered parking were also nice. We would recommend it.

It was a very nice place! We enjoyed our stay.

We plan to return in a few months and stay here. We were very comfortable. it was clean with nice newer furniture and updates. We had a hotel reserved not far away that we refused to stay at once we saw it. Then we were lucky to find this place and were extremely happy with it.

Wonderful! We were very comfortable here.

It was a great pick for my husband and myself. It had everything we needed. It would be large enough for a couple additional people, Nice place, inviting, clean and short drive to the beach. We saw and did a lot in Sarasota and were able to get to most places in a few minutes. The owner was super easy to deal with and helpful. We would stay here again or recommend to others.

Excellent! We didn't want to leave.

We were very satisfied with our choice of a place to stay. The condition was good. Siesta Key is just down the road. Several places to walk to. Loved the white sand beach and turquoise waters of the gulf and the many activities we found in Sarasota when we weren't relaxing at the rental or the beach. We enjoyed it all and would recommend this place to stay.

Fantastic trip!

My husband and I met the owner at check-in who was very nice and helpful. I loved the beach themed decorating. It was clean and inviting. We wish we could of stayed much longer. It was a lot of space for relaxing between all our busy exploring of the Sarasota area.
