Offering an updated and fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, two separate sitting rooms, generously sized bedrooms and a private, screened-in pool, you'll have nothing more on your "must have" list! The gate at the back of the house leads to a secluded beach area-- a perfect place to dip your toes in the warm waters of Sarasota Bay, or bring a glass of wine and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets . Just a short walk away is Sapphire Shores Park, a picturesque spot for a picnic or to let the kids play at the Little Playground.
    Also within walking distance is the Ringling Museum, Florida's official state art museum, and the FSU Center for the Performing Arts, home to the Asolo Repertory Theater and the Sarasota Ballet.
