For stocking up and shopping, you are just minutes away from the University Town Center mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Fresh Market and a wide variety of restaurants for fine dining as well as fast food choices. A great location, close to both downtown Sarasota and I-75 and only a short drive to the exceptional white sugar sand of Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. Cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, the Sarasota Ballet, lots of art galleries, Historic Spanish Point, Mote Marine and the world class Selby Gardens.

Deposit amount will depend on lease time period; minimum security deposit is $750 for short term leases (30 days). Long term lease (6 months+; security deposit is $2000.
Jan-April 2025 HIGH SEASON lease includes all utilities and standard cable/internet/Wifi.
Long term leases (6 months or greater): landlord will pay for standard cable/internet/Wifi; utilities of water, electricity up to $150 p/month. If use exceeds $150, tenant can remit the excess to landlord who will provide copies of bills for verification.
An application fee of $150 is charged by the HOA for lease approval/criminal background check. Landlord can provide additional pictures; the VRBO app format would not accept some so couldn't include them in the listing.
