Sunshine Oasis 2 With Heated Saltwater Pool Just Minutes to Gulf Beaches

3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front of the house. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Newly refinished heated saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The house also has a two stall garage for parking. Home away from home!

What stood out to me at this property was the communication from the host. We were asked the day after we got there how we were doing and if needed anything. Quick to respond when asked questions. The house was extremely clean. I’m very picky about this and very impressed. Quiet neighborhood. The location is great. Close to everything. Minutes from Anna Maria Island/beaches. The pool was fantastic. My daughter and her friend loved it!! It was great for our trip. Highly recommend!

Great summer stay! My husband, 8-year-old daughter, my parents and I stayed in this house for a week in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day, and the proximity to the beaches (15 minutes to Coquina Beach). Any kind of shopping you need is very close by, along with a great selection of restaurants. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in many states and this was the best home we have ever rented. This home was a very clean well maintained home. My wife and I wanted a place in the area of nearby friends and this home met all our expectations. The owner of the property was very attentive and immediately available when we add questions. We asked after arrival if there was a muffin pan somewhere in the kitchen and since there wasn’t, he bought a new one and brought it to the house within an hour of asking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! This was a perfect home for us to enjoy our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet which was great for our 19-month old taking naps in the day and early bed time. The pool was great to keep us entertained and help with a low key vacation. The indoor and outdoor space was great for eating, which allowed us to host dinner with Papa and Nana who are local. The home was very clean, the bedding and towels were clean, the pool was pristine. While we brought our own, Chris did offer a pack n play and high chair for us too! The home was stocked with the necessities including dish soap, paper towels and toiletries. Excellent, excellent hosts. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Bradenton. We had a late in the year family vacation at this lovely property! The check in/check out process was extremely easy. House was very easy to find, google maps took us right to it. Host was great at communicating and made everything super easy. Place was clean and had everything you could possibly need, toiletpaper, trashbags, even shampoo and conditioners, etc. Literally everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect and clean and being heated was nice too. Also having the garage with an opener was a HUGE plus!! Super convient. Also close to multiple beautiful beaches so you have ao many options! Such a beautiful, quiet, calm, clean neighborhood. Over all a fantastic experience and we will 100% book again!

Perfect for my family

This house is just what my family needed for our long weekend away. It was spacious, clean and stacked with necessities including bottled water, coffee, creamer, seasonings, toiletries, hair dryers, beach equipment... In a very quiet neighborhood, which is a short drive to beaches, restaurants, shopping and IMG Academy. We never drove more than 15 minutes and we had all we needed. The heated pool was great for my kids, even on chilly 60-degree days (brrr...). Chris was a great host who quickly responded to our questions and checked in daily via text. A bonus was the super easy checkout process. No housekeeping required... no stripping beds, putting garbage outside, putting dishes away or sweeping like we have experienced at other VRBOs. They instructed us to leave everything as is for the housekeepers, so all we had to do was pack up and go.

This was a very nice place, about roughly 6 miles from nearest beach. Wish it would have been closer, but they to have a pool to cool things off.
