On Siesta key Beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.

The Location doesn't get any better than this, You don't have to cross any street to get to the beach! *We have a view of the Gulf from the balcony. Right across the street there are 7 great restaurants, shops, marina, and small grocery in the south village. When you want to explore more of Siesta Key, there is a Free Trolley that runs to the North Village or down to Turtle Beach (8:00am - 10:00pm everyday) professionally managed. This condo has beautiful travertine Stone floors with a beachy feel throughout the condo.
You will know you're at the Beach when you open the door to this spacious 2, Bedroom 2 Bath condo. Master bedroom is a suite w/ a full bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, master room has a king bed, large closet, sliding glass doors opening to the balcony. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin over twin trundle, connected with a full bathroom, w/ tub shower combo. Flat screen TVS in each room.
You will love this fully stocked, nice kitchen with granite and all newer stainless Appliances, with the side-by-side refrigerator (Ice and water in the door). Plenty of pots & pans, spices, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.. to prepare meals for the family & eat in, the dining table seats 6. There is a crock pot, blender, traditional coffee brewer with provided coffee filters, & we always aim to supply (at least a starter of) ground coffee, sugar, creamer pods.
New windows for more quiet safe comfort. We provide a beach bag / 6 beach towels, umbrella, and also smaller beach chairs to take along for the day if you decide to explore other areas. Small cooler & much more amenities are there for our guests to enjoy. The condo has private beach access w/ a beach shower to rinse off the salt & sand. BBQ Grills & free chaise lounge chairs at the beach side. You can feel free to reach out to us if you need anything else during your stay!! Sleeps 6. We answer texts promptly should you have any questions during your stay.

Perfect Location

Location is perfect ! Private beach access and walking distance to the market, shopping and restaurants! Which was a huge plus for a family! Condo was extremely clean! Would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay!

Our stay here was so amazing. It was so nice not to have to drag an umbrella or chairs to the beach, the condo was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. Even the tiki grilling area was fun and perfect. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Early November stay

Unit was smartly decorated, very clean and everything needed to begin our stay. Ron was just a call away for any questions that needed to be answered. Very close to beach and directly across from Captain Curts and the Crescent lounge. Would highly recommend!

Great Cresent Beach location

Property was as listed, except that there wasn't a beach view. The condo was clean, secure and close to some nice resturants and live music bars. The beds were not very comfortable. We did contact the owner for two different issues and he was very helpful.

Siesta week 2

Location of this property is ideal. No fighting beach road traffic to get off key as it right at south bridge. Restaurants convenient stores across the street. A few steps out the door and you are on the sand! Condo was clean and furniture was in great condition. Communication with host was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Best location in Siesta Key

Loved our first time stay at SKB. The beaches are pristine. The location was close to everything and easy free trolley to the Village. The place had everything. Super clean. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Crescent Beach Location

We enjoyed our time at the Condo, the location is great. There’s restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It’s nice that it’s a private beach. Chairs and lounge chairs are available. The condo was clean and the kitchen had good cooking utensils you would actually like to use. Ron and Carol were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again, if available.

Great place. Great location to beach pool & walking to shops. Pool is below average. Only cons would be low water pressure in toilets , garbage disposal in sink didn’t work would back up into dishwasher. overall great stay would recommend

Wonderful Stay

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The property is very well maintained, the unit itself was exceptionally clean, cutely decorated and had everything you could need for a vacation at the beach. Communication with the owner and property manager was exceptional. They were extremely easy to get a hold of and took care of even the smallest details. We would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC hosts, extremely accommodating, allowed us early check-in, & coming from a Germ-a-phobe, this place was SUPER clean! Although the pool was not heated for the bulk of our stay, hosts graciously gave us access to a pool that was heated. We loved that this building was on the beach. Great beach access, & loungers available. We loved the recliners, comfy beds and our own internet. Will be sharing this listing on siesta key fb pages I’ve joined. Thanks again Ron and Carol!

Perfect Location and Condo

We have been to Siesta Key many times, but this was our first time staying at the Sea Shell. The condo was much larger than it appeared in photos and it was decorated so nice! This area of Crescent Beach is perfect for long walks, going to the Point of Rocks, crossing the street to eat dinner or go for ice cream at the Orange Octopus, we walked to the 7-11 for slushies, and hopped on the trolley to go to the village for more shopping and dining options. The host has been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation. We will definitely visit again!

Everything went well. Great accommodations. Only issues: Door to patio area would not lock. Out of alignment Toilet fill valves stuck twice, minor repair needed. Clean drain, hair in baths drain.

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed the condo. The online pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There is even a porta crib and stroller, which as retirees we didn’t need. It was a minute walk to the beach where we spent the day and enjoyed the sunsets. We also didn’t a lot of time in the deck enjoying the sunshine and small water view while having coffee or wine. We frequented Captain Curt’s daily across the street to enjoy the music. We also took advantage of the free shuttle to the “Village”. We were said to leave.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice time at this condo. All the chairs in the living area were a nice bonus. The location was great. We didnt really use the deck at all so cant comment on it. The refrigerator was connected to the hot water . If you are not the first one to get water you get hot water . Also the king bed was very uncomfortable for us. I know everyone is different but our experience was not that pleasant. The kids beds were good though. Also your only allowed in a little section of the beach. There are people yelling at you even if part of your umbrella is over this imaginary line. The same people were charging for the chairs and umbrellas .
