Thoughtfully appointed for families and groups of up to 7 adults, this home offers everything you need to relax, recharge, and explore one of Florida’s most beloved Gulf Coast cities.



Comfortable, Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

The Modern Hacienda sleeps up to 7 adults across three well-appointed bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom — A restful retreat with a queen-sized bed and a private en-suite full bathroom, giving the primary guests their own space and privacy.

Bedroom 2 — Versatile and family-friendly, this room features a full bed and a twin pull-out sleeper — ideal for parents with a young child, or two guests who want flexibility.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds make this the perfect room for kids, teens, or friends traveling together.

A second full bathroom with a combination tub and shower is conveniently shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and there’s an additional TV in the living room — so everyone can settle in and watch what they like.
