Welcome to your Sarasota vacation retreat! This stylish and fully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just steps from Ed Smith Stadium and minutes to Downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach.

Enjoy a private backyard oasis with a heated saltwater pool, grilling station, and lounge area—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open layout with a living room, dining room, breakfast bar, and fully stocked kitchen. Remote work is easy with a dedicated office area. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, and the home features original artwork created by the owner throughout—adding warmth, charm, and creativity to every space.

You're only:

- 5 minutes to Downtown Sarasota

- 15 minutes to Lido Beach

- A short walk to Ed Smith Stadium

Ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind Florida stay.

7-night minimum stay. No smoking. No pets.

Other Things to Note:

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:

a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less

b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

POOL HEAT: Pool Heat is available from November 1 to May 1 for $25/day and must be requested a minimum of 2 days in advance.
