Grate place to stay

The house was perfect for my family. Great amenities pool was great and relaxing. Just a5 min walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurant. We will definitely be going back.

We had an entire family stay teens and a special needs nine year old. The kids had a blast. Place was clean and had all essentials. Easy to clean up. Location optimal to beach and shopping center. Everyone responsive. Even sweet Ms. Joanne showed up and brought us a wine key at nine PM because we were missing ours. Good sweet people. Simple and beautiful.

Great Stay in Lido Key

Great location with awesome pool and tiki bar!

Excellent location central to Lido Key. Walkable to St Armand’s circle and to the beach. Great backyard pool and covered tiki bar! Great spot for our family, plenty of space and gathering areas. Would definitely return!

This property is everything it advertises and more! The pictures do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home, in a quiet beach town, 100 steps from the beach and great people to work with that manage the property. We are defiantly going back!!!

The property was exactly as listed. Very well stocked. Very clean. The covered outdoor space with table, tv, and tiki bar was a huge hit - a lovely place to sit and watch the kiddos enjoy the pool. Communication with the owner was fantastic and thorough. We would definitely return

Tropical Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property close to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s circle. In town for a family wedding, the house was perfect for the five of us (all adults). Inside, the house was clean and comfortably furnished. Construction noise and sawdust from the house next door was the only downside, leaving the patio of the lovely outdoor pool and bar area with sawdust on our arrival, but that only affected us for part of the stay. And once swept up, we enjoyed the lovely covered patio and the pool. We would love to stay here again!

Lido Beach House Christmas 2021

House location is awesome, half a block Lido beach and a short 10 min. walk to St.Armonds Circle. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, soap, TP, kitchen ware etc. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The outside backyard pool/tiki bar space is a dream. The only thing that would have been nice would have been access to the bbq, however that was not a deal breaker by any means.

All good at Lido Breeze except that the pool heat pump is, like most heat pumps, useless in the winter. We only got to use the pool on the last two days when the water was tolerable for young kids. The pool maintenance guy was a no show and the pool was littered with vegetation from the two big 30 mph storms on the prior Thursday and Friday. Took 4 man hours to clear it.

Future renters beware

First off, I would like to say that my family and I enjoyed our vacation, however we tried to keep our complaints to a minimum even though there were obvious issues with the rental home. The pool was swarmed with ants that we remedied ourselves. On check in day every single trash can was filled to the brim so we had no where to put our trash for 3 days. The property manager did not arrive until our check in time to turn down the AC, so for the first 24 hours the house was 84 degrees. After we checked out, the owner contacted us about a piece of furniture that was damaged. The piece of furniture stored the owners blankets and sheets, which we NEVER moved or touched. I explained to the owner we did not touch it but we were still charged a damage fee. My wife and I have never been charged a damage fee in our lifetime and we have stayed at many rentals. For the future renters, I would do a walk through to note any damage in the house like the missing grout in the kitchen tiles so you don’t get a damage fee to cover their renovations. After paying thousands of dollars for a 5 day stay in a house with this many problems, I feel that the owner was completely wrong to add a damage fee for something we did not do.

Girls Trip

We loved this home so much! It was perfect for our girls trip. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The backyard of this house was spectacular. Amazing outdoor space! We can’t wait to go back next year

Tropical Storm Debby Did Not Get Us Down

Beautiful property. Very considerate owners. They had everything labeled and the owner maintained communication and checked in on us because Tropical Storm Debby made us be stuck indoors for 3 days. Fortunately they have a big pool with pool activities and we loved the backyard setup! Thank you for our incredible and amazing experience.

Large Patio with a Pool ... Wonderful Trees

Spotless, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the patio, eating, reading, using the pool, taking a nap, many times me lying on a chaise lounge looking up at a palm tree. Wonderful setting !!

Lido Key

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. One block to the beach and about 1/2 mile from St Armand’s Circle. Or stay right at the home and enjoy the heated pool! Everything you need for beach/play is provided for your use! My family and I had an incredible week in Lido Key!

Great Place to Relax

Lido Key is a special place and this home is a great place to stay. The outside back patio is top notch. The hosts have really optimized the indoor space. It’s clean and organized with everything labeled. Really made the stay effortless and they had great communication.

Total Relaxation

This place checks all the boxes. The house has everything you need - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, but the pool and lanai take the cake. My whole family just loved it. The beach and St. Armand’s Circle are both very short walks. We will definitely be back!

Lido Beach

We loved the pool and outside area, but the bugs were a problem. Great location to the beach and St. Armands. We would definitely stay again. The construction next door was a disturbance, but that won’t be forever. The big three level unit going in takes away the privacy in the pool area. That’s a shame since it’s a beautiful pool. House was furnished with everything we needed.
