Great location and a very clean rental.

The Owner was very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us some excellent suggests for activities and restaurants. The stay was very pleasant. Very nice screened in back patio which we could only use once due to the unusually weather.

Sarasota getaway

Lovely property, great location. Convenient to downtown, beaches, many amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the screened-in porch, perfect spot for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Charming Cottage

Cozy, clean and comfortable small house that was in a charming neighborhood near the bay and just a mile or so north of the heart is downtown Sarasota.

Great Place To Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at the Sarasota-Indian Beach Zen Home. Our host, Kirby was excellent. He responded immediately to any questions we had and followed up right away. The location is superb and the house is spacious. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sarasota

Great spot

We love the home. It was clean and perfect for us with our Labrador. Good location, close to beaches and main street. Great restaurants close by and we walked down two blocks to each the sunset. Will definitely come back.

Hidden Gem

The house affords you everything you could possibly want and need!! Then, outside of the house you have the closeness to eateries, bars, grocery stores, beaches, hiking, etc. It definitely is YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!

Great choice easy drive from airport and center of Sarasota. Couldn’t ask for a better location House was clean and well stocked with all necessities! Highly recommend the Ringingly museum and their restaurant. Love the Wicked Cantina restaurant for food & entertainment too.

Spring Training 2024

The home was just right for the two of us. Well stocked with all that we needed. A nice neighborhood for walking each morning. Close to grocery and nice restaurants. Easy to get to Ed Smith Stadium for the O's game.

An Oasis

The property was charming and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the beach, approximately a 10-minute drive away. While the main bedroom does not have a television, the second bedroom has a decent-sized TV. The lanai is wonderful and the backyard is equipped with a hammock. The property provides all the necessary beach essentials. Overall, it was a delightful stay. 😊

Exploring Sarasota

Our stay at the Indian Beach Zen Home was perfect for us clean and very comfortable. Loved walking down to the little neighbor beach to watch the sunset. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk the dog. Construction being done at the school across the street which created more traffic and activity during the day. The side streets were somewhat congested during school drop off and pickup times. However that did not place any deterrent on our stay. Close to the Ringling Museum and Lido Key. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Quiet Sarasota Neighborhood

Very nice little 2 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Clean, comfortable bed and living area. Keyless entry is on a timer, we got there about 25 minutes early and had to wait until exact minute on the hour to check-in. I hesitate to even mention this because I’d stay there again in a heartbeat…. I don’t rely on a property being ready early but in this case house was cleaned and ready to go so it would have been nice to be able to go ahead, get in and situated.

Short stay

I contacted the owner several times prior to arriving on Oct 31.; in regards of the hurricanes that come through that area. The owner said all was good. Some fencing was down but would be up when we got there. Then a few days later I see about red tide being in the area. Once again, he reassured us that everything was good. Let’s just say, part of the fence is down, we did arrive an hour early and they gave us early access to the property. The gate only locked from the outside; which it’s a wooden fence and I had to life with all my might to get the latch to slide over and catch. This would Not be an issue if we didn’t have a dog with us and the fact they said everything was “good”. Also, not being very technical type of person; we struggled with the keyless entry along with the streaming of the tv. We realize that that area was beaten up with the storms; but just wanted an honest answer. Red tide is nothing to play around with especially when you have copd.

Very Enjoyable!

We (and our pet) took daily bike rides and walks around the very nice residential neighborhood that is a few blocks from Indian Beach. We enjoyed eating at several of the local restaurants and is only a few minutes to downtown Sarasota. The private fenced back yard and screen porch was our favorite place to relax. Kirby is a very pleasant and responsive host. It was our first long term rental and it did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. It was quiet and peaceful and exceeded our expectations. The hour is clean and comfortable and very well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Kirby is easy and quick to respond. It's walking distance to the beach. The house is true to its listing--what you see in the photos is what you get. It's also in a great location and close to all the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
