Summary:

Amazing direct Gulf view from this 4th floor front corner condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. We are right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. As close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water! We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double beds in one room and 1 King in the other.



The Space:

Enjoy the view into the Gulf and up the North end of the beach.



Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen cable TV & ceiling fan.



The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.



Heated pool, covered parking. All the comforts of home.



Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site



Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

Spring Break 2025

It was perfect from beginning to end! The hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. The condo is just as it is described and in full working order. Cozy beds, stocked kitchen, cable and Roku, beach chair service included, and the views were second to none!!! We loved being on the south end of town which was close enough to the village yet far enough away to escape the big crowds! Our entire family had a great time and we will definitely be back!!! Book this condo, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent Beach Week

Spectacular ocean view, accommodations were comfy and spacious, everything worked...AC, TV, plumbing, electric all top notch. You're at the beach in a 30 second walk and the private beach is awesome. We are seriously thinking about booking again soon as we are 2 hours drive time away.

Beyond relaxing

We had a wonderful week in spite of 1.5 days of rain. The condo isn’t fancy but it is fully stocked and has every beach accessory that you could ever want or need. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and answered my questions quickly. It was sooooo relaxing staying there. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Paradise

We went down to Florida as a family and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular. We had everything and more as the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have ever wanted. We had beach towels, internet, and total relaxation as well! We love it here. The owners always respond wuickly with wuestions. They are very kind people.

Great time

The property is just as advertised facing the beach, spacious two bedroom 2 bathrooms, the showers had good force. The kids toys for my grandchildren was a good touch. The location to the vicinity is only 2 blocks from Trolley service and eateries. The owners were very prompt we needed batteries. My family was happy the beach is lovely and warm and easily accessible. Really a great stay would come back again .

Love the view!

The property was very nice. I thought the furniture could use updating along with the bedding. Our second night there, we got no sleep as the ceiling fan light kept coming on. They replaced it the next day and it was good. Overall, we loved the location and view!

Beach front condo

The property was good. View was great. Kitchen was well stock. The guest bathroom needs to be clean better. The curtain need to be replaced as it is molded. The system of not allowing guests to choose their chairs until 7:30 am necessitated vacationers to line up as early as 6:30am to get their desired place in the beach. This will be the prinary reason we will not come back!

Siesta key beach

Great host and great property. The host went above and beyond with anything we needed. We would recommend staying here and staying at other properties they own. The location and cleanness of property was exceptional. On top on that we had exceptional host. We will be back and will be recommending this property to all family and friends. The host helped us tremendously with a hurricane coming through. They worked with us so we could evacuate the property timely and safely manner. He have a 4 and 10 year old that were nervous about the storm coming. Thank you again for a making this a great vacation even with a storm passing through!!!!!
