Cozy Retro Chic Sarasota Home

Upon entering this chic tropical getaway, you will be pleasantly greeted by gorgeous high ceilings, bright skylights and fun, tranquil pops of color! With three sets of french doors, the large inviting living room and spacious master bedroom both open up to a long screened in lanai with a gorgeous view of a neighborhood lake.

This home can sleep 8 people between the two bedrooms, den and living room (1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and two pull out sofas with queen sized mattresses).

The bright and cheerful kitchen is fully equipped; including a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, dishes, utensils, glassware and many other kitchen essentials...Perfect for making a comforting breakfast, or memorable dinner.

In the two car garage you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 2 pedal bikes. WiFi and satellite TV are included. Propane grill located in backyard for outdoor cooking. Full size washer and dryer located inside the home.

With the recently renovated community pool and tennis courts not even a 1 minute walk down the street, local parks within walking distance and award winning beaches like Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach under 15 miles away, there is no doubt that you will enjoy the outdoors and sunshine while you stay in this fun home in paradise.

You cannot beat the location of this house!

A Publix Supermarket and Walmart Super Center are located less than 2 miles away from the home and the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is less than 5 miles away!

Great stay!

Nicely remodeled home with everything you need for your stay! Screened-in porch perfect for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. Lynn was a lovely host with helpful communication.

Just perfect.

This house is so much more charming than the pictures show. Very clean, really comfortable beds and pillows lots of places to gather with family and a well appointed kitchen. Views from the entire back of the house afford a lovely view of the pond with a variety of bird life to enjoy throughout the day. You are a couple minutes walking distance to the beautiful conservatory here in Palm Aire that has a lovely walking trail small playground some exercise equipment along the trail. Tree covered for a nice shady walk and also sits on a beautiful lake. I really can't say enough about how perfect this home is. The amenities are endless and well cared for so don't forget to check out their list.

Just as advertised

The property was so nice with many thoughtful touches. The host thought of everything you would need as a guest checking in, including bottled water in the fridge and coffee pods for the morning! The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property and the host. She was always available to communicate with or ask a question.

HIgh praise for an outstanding property

This home is tastefully furnished and well maintained. It is perfect for two but can accommodate a large family for there is room to sleep and to rest. Internet and Dish entertainment also allows for relaxation. The kitchen has all the items needed for a home away from home. The location is perfect for those exploring Sarasota. You are close to University Parkway allowing easy travel to downtown Sarasota, Ringling Museum, shopping and dining at UTC or walking along the water of Sarasota's world class rowing venue at Benderson Park. Easily earns five stars.

Ballet Intensive at Sarasota Ballet

This house was better than the pictures! The location was 5 minutes from grocery stores and a few restaurants. Really close to downtown Sarasota too. Our stay was great the pool and tennis courts was really fun. The house was super clean. Lynn and her husband responded right away when we had a minor problem. My husband worked remote and my daughter went to ballet. The ballet was 15 minutes from the house. While everyone was working I took a short drive to Bird Key Park and I ran the bridge. Stop looking and just book you will not regret your decision. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing house.

Gem of a place

I was so happy to have found this available! I was in town for a regatta at Nathan Benderson park. This was so convenient to the park, the airport and restaurants and shopping. The place is well appointed and it was clean. Lynn was a pleasure to work with. 100% would love to stay here again next time I’m in Sarasota.

Beautiful Haven

The house was beautifully decorated and well kept. House is located in a beautiful subdivision with very friendly people and neighbors. The house had everything like my own house and Lynn was very accommodating to our needs and very informative of happenings around the neighborhood. Beautiful place and will rent this house again if and when we come back to Sarasota!!!

Clean and Cozy - Perfect for our family!

We were in town for my sister’s wedding and this property was the perfect location. What I didn’t expect was how cozy it actually was! It had clearly been well cleaned before we arrived, and everything was as it was described. The beds were comfy, and the property felt like a 2nd home. The linai was such a relaxing place for quiet time in the morning and playing games in the evening. The property manager was responsive and the checkout requirements were easy-to-follow and very reasonable compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would gladly stay again!
