  • This charming, cozy, and minimalistic mid-century modern home is located in Arlington Park neighborhood. This home is central to all the best amenities Sarasota has to offer. Enjoy award winning beaches Lido and Siesta Key only 12 minutes away, and dining and strolling around Southside Village within walking distance. This home is also central to Downtown where you'll find fine restaurants and shopping, the Van Wezel, Sarasota Art museum, Sarasota Ballet and more. Walking distance to a beautiful Arlington Park, which includes a heated outdoor olympic size public pool, gym, four tennis courts, and a basketball court.

    This home features terrazzo floors throughout, newer AC, screened lanai, laundry, ample fenced backyard and more. The home is minimalistically decorated to enjoy a relaxed and calming environment. There are three bedrooms, one of which with an office space, and one bathroom. Enjoy the open plan living room with a large and well equipped kitchen, The following appliances are included: large fridge, gas stove, small vintage oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, and toaster; No dishwasher. The whole house is equipped with central water purification system for drinking water, as well as in the shower. The lanai is furnished with a four-piece coffee set, and the yard is fenced. We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect place to stay while traveling with our dogs. We loved the fenced in back yard, all the extras to make us and our pets feel at home. Highly recommended and definitely will be back.

Wonderful house

House was clean, had plenty of towels and bedding, games, and beach gear. Great location. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful with communication. Would definitely stay there again.

Quaint mid century

House was cute, orderly, and comfortable. I learned how to light a gas stove for the first time…thrilling lol! We loved the location, proximity to beaches and shops, and nice cold A/C. Check in was super easy as was check out.

Nice house

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 week stay. The location was great. You could be in downtown Sarasota in less than 10 minutes and Siesta Key beach in less than 15 minutes. The home met our needs. It was very well stocked. Although not a deal breaker, it would be nice to have a dishwasher. It could also use some additional seating in living room. Yamid was great at communicating when we had a couple questions. The only negative was they were building a new home right next door and it was rather loud. Overall it was a very nice house.

This house was perfect for our family. We had absolutely everything we needed and more! There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable, even with our three-year-old. Check out is super easy. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, centrally located between Siesta Key and Lido Key. Nice quiet neighborhood. Arlington Park is a short walk away with a great lap pool, playground, calisthenics park, running trail, and a dog park. The basket of pet supplies (dog bed, bowls, etc.) provided by the owner was a nice touch. We had a nice, relaxing stay.
