This newly remodeled 3BD/2 bath house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Arlington Park. 5 min to Dwnt Sarasota, 15 min to Siesta Key & Lido Key. Fully equipped house with everything you need for a great and pleasant stay in sunny Florida. 2 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and shower, you'll have everything you need to freshen up after a day of exploring. This beautiful house also offers convenient features such as iron, heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. The kitchen has all needed amenities including Keurig coffee maker, utensils, spices etc. Fully fenced in backyard with bbq grill and outdoor furniture. Beautiful clean house

Our stay was great! Definitely the nicest house we've stayed in while traveling. House was extremely well organized and cleaned! Luda was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking this house again!
