"This hotel is absolutely superb. All the staff pay close attention to detail and are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is wonderful. Never had to go and put towel on a chair to be able to enjoy the pool area. The buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "
"For the price I was happy with the room. Was it perfect, no, but for a cheap motel right next to the airport, I really couldn't have asked for better. The rooms were updated and clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot.
The air conditioner and room dehumidifier were very noisy, but they worked.
If I ever fly into SRQ again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "
"It is nice to say that the pictures on the website met the actual condition of the property. The location is excellent. Looks like a new high rise will be going up in the near future so the noise may increase. The property was quiet other than workers doing improvements on a weekend. "

"We had black mold in the ceiling and we were told that they could not move us. It was the second night when they were willing to move us.
At the rate we paid we should have be offered another property if they didn’t have availability.
