Beautiful renovated 4th floor Condo across the street from Lido beach

Beautiful 2 bedroom 4th floor condo located on Lido Key (Sarasota). Enjoy beautiful walks, the beach and the nice pool/hot tub on-site facilities. A walk across the street to the Lido beach and a 20 minute walk to St. Armand's circle. Cable, internet, Utilities all included. Bar-b-q, and bicycle rack's available in lower level. 2 Bedrooms accommodate 4 people with +2 people when needed on a fold-out bed in living room (maximum 6 occupants as per condo association rules). All rental requests require a minimum rental of 1 month (i.e. 28 days) and all rental requests require a signed/approved condo association rental agreement (at no additional cost).

Great stay in Lido

The unit was very nicely done with an updated kitchen, well stocked, plenty of seating, comfortable beds & great sunset views! The owners were extremely responsive & helpful and the office staff is amazing! Highly recommend this unit and the whole property!! LOVE LIDO KEY!!!

Magical time in Lido key

We had an amazing time the four week we were there. Some days the weather didn’t cooperate to go to the beach or pool so we went to the movie or mall I loved the sunsets on the beach Hopefully we will get a chance to go back next year🤞
