Beautiful 2/2 ground floor condo ⚓ resort style community
- Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor end unit in a very private setting! Sit on your back porch and enjoy the view of the lake. The unit is tiled throughout. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The unit is located in Shorewalk, a resort-style community with features like 2 heated swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis, tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, and shuffleboards. There is also a clubhouse that offers table tennis, a billiard room, BBQ grills, bocce ball, and a large-screen TV. The unit is located in building 4430. Only 5 minutes to IMG Academy. The unit can be rented nightly, weekly, or monthly! Free high-speed wireless internet access in the unit! Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Beach equipment may be available from the owner but is not restocked.
