The location was perfect for our needs. It was safe and quiet. It was possible to walk from the Property to Florida studio Theater, WBBT, the Opera House and the rest of five point parkThe private backyard was a definite bonus since we had a small dog with us. The property was also within walking distance of two very nice parks.We did have an issue with the plumbing. The toilet did not flush well and took forever to fill. Thiswas not a serious issue since there were only two of us and we are very close. I would be reluctant, however, to recommend this property to bigger groups or those who were less familiar with each other.
