This 3-bedroom, 2 story end-unit townhouse offers everything your family needs. Situated just east of the I-75, the location offers convenient access to the highway, beaches, shopping and more.
Tampa Airport (TPA) - 55 minutes
Sarasota Airport (SRQ) - 20 minutes
Siesta Key Beach - 25 minutes
Grocery (Publix) - 2 minutes
The community was built in 2020, so the home and all amenities are fairly new. Upstairs, yhe master bedroom has a walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a washer & dryer and an office area on the 2nd level as well.
Downstairs you have a open style space with living room, dining area and a spacious kitchen with an island, large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, insta-pot and toaster oven. The sofa can extend and be used as a sleeping area as well.
Out back is a cozy lanai with gas flat-top grill and privacy shades.
The large community pool and fitness center is a short walk away, with parking if you prefer to drive.
PET POLICY
In consideration of our guests with allergies we typically do not allow pets. Exceptions may be made for service animals and hypoallergenic breeds at the discretion of the host with prior approval.
