  • The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights.

    The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights. Located in the city of Bradenton Beach, which has a smaller more private beach in comparison to others nearby. We are also within walking distance to the bay which offers a baseball and basketball court, playground, and a small area to launch canoes or kayaks.

    The elevated property has been lovingly restored boasting a full kitchen with standard size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are flat-screen TVs in every room and free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the house.

    Property exterior is monitored by security cameras.

    Guest agrees to abide by all house rules on our property information page.

    Maximum occupancy includes children and infants.

    Two vehicle maximum per unit, no RVs, campers, or trailers.

    Pets not allowed. Service animals allowed, if a Service animal is to be on the trip we will require to know what skill or task the service animal has trained to perform. Emotional support pets are not Service animals.

    Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses, as determined in the sole judgment of the Property Manager, of repair or replacement for any and all damages of whatever origin or nature which may have occurred during the term of the stay.

Property was very clean. Very close to beach and quiet neighborhood. The only thing the house needs is a few more pots and pans and maybe a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Would rent again.

Beautiful! The TreeHouse exceded all expectations. The pictures were lovely and the reality was even more lovely. Simply put, it felt like home. The house was clean and the sheets and towels were fresh. The full kitchen and laundry facilities added to the instant feel of home. This host made everything possible for a great beachside vacation.

Clean, has everything you need and more. Loved all the chairs, etc. for the beach and the cart to carry it all down with. We added a boggy board to the collection. Loved that you didn't have to pay to do a load of laundry!!! Thank you!! The house is very clean and plenty of room for us all. Not on the busy street so very peaceful to set out on the deck, yet just a block walk to the water and to the street to grab the bus. Thank you!! Everyone wants to come back.

Perfect Beach House

My husband and I LOVED the AMI Tree House. Our grown children and their kids rented the AMI Beach Shack right next door! We were pleasantly surprised with what a short few steps it is to the beautiful beach. We were delighted to find a Pickleball court only steps away toward the Bay! It was immaculately clean, furnished attractively and comfortably, had every necessity for household living available, and was fabulously cool even on the hottest days of July. Lelia, the property manager, was instant in her attentive responses to any questions we had. She was friendly, available, and able to troubleshoot any problem that might arise. Lelia was super gracious to us. Check -in and check out were a breeze as the cleaning staff did an excellent job in preparing the Tree House for our arrival and in cleaning up after us when we left. We would HIGHLY recommend the AMI Tree House and would love to come back!
