"Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota. "

"Very fun and clean house equipped with video games, pool, fire pit and outside and inside dining areas. It’s right behind the priceless spring training which is also cool. I wish the pool had been heated since despite it being 70 degrees outside during the day it was too cold to swim. Also 2 bathrooms for 8 beds was ok. "

"This was a disaster booking. The week of travel we kept an eye open for directions of check-in. Delays in response to our emails! Stalling used by Travis! Upon arrival we received email that there were plumbing problems and it would not be available until Tuesday. This was on Saturday leaving us with no reservation for two (2) week stay. Then a couple days later, Andy, my husband, rode over to check on house. There were other renters in home. We were told by them that they came in Saturday evening. Yes, we got a complete refund after the fact; however this does not take away the awful start to our vacation, the stress and anxiety we were under trying to find a place us to stay!!The description is false.
