"Clean hotel with English-speaking staff. Beach was nice, and hotel includes 2 sunbeds and umbrella. We didn't eat at the restaurant (due to poor reviews), but did have the breakfast, which was ok (and included). Drinks seemed a bit overpriced for the area. Waited for a drink once for 45 minutes, only to find out they had to go the store for ingredients (but didn't tell us). Staff at restaurant were nice as well, and changed our drink order without problem. Would stay here again for this...

"We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. "Cozy and very central hotel, right in the center of Saranda and very close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely wonderful, he took us to the bus station in his car because it was 6am and it was raining. He made a huge difference. We recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel and my room was 99% perfect. I had read a few reviews that their AC hadn’t worked - mine didn’t either. Truly the only thing amiss is the AC, everything else was terrific. The view from the room is gorgeous and the promenade started across the street. My tours picked me up at the hotel because of its easy location. Grocery store next door, restaurants everywhere.
