"The hotel was not busy and noisy and so we slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. However, it is in need of major updating. There is a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there are no dining options in the hotel and the closest swimmable beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk. "

"The hotel is clean & cosy, staff are attentive and courteous and the location is quite convenient. Various dining options available and within walking distances. The sea view is amazing and treated to very beautiful sunsets every day. The only thing that I didn't really like are the pillows. For some reason, they are designed to be lumpy on one side and soft & smooth on the other side. Anyway, I will definitely stay there should I visit Miyako again. "

"Lovely room, stunning view and a good breakfast. It was the off season so wasn’t too busy. I’m not sure what it would be like in summer, there was still a wait for breakfast despite it not being exceptionally busy. If you want to explore the island then you’ll need a car, especially if you want to snorkel. The beach at the hotel is great for swimming but not snorkelling. There are some superb snorkelling spots around the rest of the island though. "

"What a beautiful location and property! We loved staying here and wished we were able to stay longer. Pros: * The staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond for our family. * The location is quiet and just beautiful. * The breakfast buffet, pool, walkability to the beach and a washer/dryer in our room made this stand out.
