Hotel Resol Sapporo Nakajimakouen
Conveniently located near a subway station, but also only about 25 minutes walking from Sapporo station. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.

Other neighbourhoods around Maruyama

Chuo-ku
You might enjoy the skiing while in Chuo-ku. Odori Park is a notable sight, and you can get around town at Maruyama-koen Station or Nishi-Nijuhatchome Station to see more of the city.
Kotoni
Even though there aren't top sights in Kotoni, you can explore the larger area and take in top sights like Noshi Park. Jump on the metro at Kotoni Station to see more of the city.
