"Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, per un imprevisto dovevamo rimanere solo due notti ma la direzione dell'hotel ha voluto comunque farci pagare tre notti. Camere veramente poco insonorizzate, pulizia del bagno giornaliera inesistente senza cambio degli asciugamani, struttura da ammodernare situata in una zona poco turistica e non ben servita da mezzi pubblici. Non all' altezza di un 4 stelle."

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon."

"Gyor is a beautiful city within a 2 hour drive of Budapest. Definitely worth stopping! This hotel was perfect. The only drawback was that there was not lift which was difficult for my 78 year old mother. We managed and were very impressed with the property, the staff and breakfast the following morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a future visit. "

"The mattress was too saggy. The kettle was leaking (dangerous), the toilet fan didn't work, and the air conditioning was almost non-functional (room 219). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant at all! The swimming pool and whirlpool are available for a maximum of four people at limited times. If four people occupy it for hours, there's no chance of using it."
