"The hotel didn’t have air conditioning. Extremely hot and uncomfortable especially at night time.
The pillow cases and bed sheet were of poor quality.
The entertainment team were good and friendly

"Great location. Loved the outside of the building as well as the whole layout inside the house. The fact it had a roof top terrace with views over the sea and the whole Gulf of Hammamet. Lovely fish restaurant nearby, by the name of L'Etoile. Host was absolutely lovely."

"The staff here are very nice and friendly, they made the experience great. The food options are large and good. We did really enjoy our stay here coming from Canada."

"Decent hotel. Undergoing renovations.
Rooms are clean. Food is good. Kids indoor pool in winter is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful.
We used this place as a stop to get on a winter sahara trip but the area, Jasmine, is lifeless and boring as hell. Its a compound of huge hotels and nothing else. Only massive hotels for miles. You have to take a taxi 20mins before you see any authentic Tunisia."

"We stayed at Diar Lemdina as a family of 6 and were upgraded to a family apartment.
It is conveniently located near the beach with access to shops, cafes and restaurants. The theme park is also great too.
The main swimming pool does get quite busy, however, you do have access to 3 other pools including a quiet indoor one.
The food does change regularly and the customer service from the waiters is excellent. "

"Upon arrival, total chaos. Lots of yelling and complaining from about 15 costumers unhappy with the rooms’ allotments. It took a while to get rooms. Elevator broken. We had to carry suitcases up 3 floors, same yelling and disputes among some residents for space and line-ups, and between residents and management. Stale food. Some costumers handle food with bare hands then return it. The rooms are not in the best shape. Some residents leave clothing items on lawnchairs for the length of their stay...

"The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud. "
"We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back. "
