5/5 Excellent
"Hotel is not located in the historic and very busy part of the city. More of an upscale neighborhood that was less active, which worked for us. Great rooftop pool and the buffalo breakfast is the best I’ve experienced. You’re only a 7 Euro cab to Rossio. I don’t recommend returning to the hotel via Metro to the M. De Pombal station. The walk up the hill to the hotel will get you."

"The staff was exceptional. The rooms were excellent with a very comfortable bed, and the amenities were terrific. Gymnasium was fully furnished with excellent equipment. Restaurant was good but not exceptional."
"Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms and with little noise from the outside.
The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up.
The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance.
