Atendimento 5 estrelas
Começa pelo atendimento vip da Nida que foi excelente, muito perto do aeroporto de Congonhas, uns 500 metros apenas, a Latam cancelou meu vôo de Congonhas e me jogou em Guarulhos e cheguei pela madrugada e a proprietária fez uma diferença que a Latam não fez e nenhum outro hotel fez até essa data (me buscou no aeroporto de Congonhas e me deixou no melhor quarto sem cobrar a diferenca da mudança de opção de quarto) compensando todo desgaste que tive com a Latam e me surpreendendo com um atendimento 5 estrelas. Destaque também para o Erick que junto com a Nida fizeram a diferença e com certeza quando viajar à São Paulo ficarei neste hotel. Recomendo.
