"2nd visit to hotel - lovely location & facilities. Service was not as good as before. We had booked dinner in the restaurant but had to leave within 10 minutes as no service. We headed to the bar & got servdd right away. "

"We visited this hotel a few years ago and sadly it has lost a lot of its ‘feel’. Then, there was a very traditional and beautiful bar, which is now modern and could be in any location/country. Reception is now quite isolated from guests so you don’t enjoy any interaction with staff as you come and go. In general the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good and not overly expensive but overall it’s just missing that something extra to make you want to go back...
