"Very modern hotel room wasn’t clean enough"

"The hotel is in a very good location at the beach, but the condition of the room I got was terrible. It’s OK for me to stay only for one night. I arrived late at about 8 PM. The room was so old and there were many brown spots on the floors and walls. Initially, I thought it was not clean, but these were the things /stains that could not be cleaned with regular cleaning. The hotel staffs were nice. This hotel needs serious refurbishment, at least the room I stayed. it’s not worth for the money they charged."

"Staff is always willing to help. Ronildo the manager at the restaurant speaks English and runs the place well. Carla at the reception is an angel and always gets things done and has a great welcoming spirit. They both deserve a raise in pay!!"

"Hotel is clean but a bit dated in places. Beach and plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast had a good selection but the staff did not check if items were low or gone, so they had to be requested and the wait was quite long at times. "
