I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me. She also helped booked a taxi that will debit from her account and she trusted me. The night staff is hell, everything was impossible with him. SO overall the rating is neutral.
