I stayed in Mangrove hotel together with my wife for a short holiday. When checking in, we were told that we booked a twin room instead of a double room, but our reservation clearly showed Queen bed. Front Desk Receptionists Freya, William and Jessi immediately somved it and upgraded us a a family suite with 2 floors. We really enjoyed our stay in Mangrove and recommend this hotel for people traveling to Sanya.
