"Staff were wonderful and welcoming and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Views across the water were lovely! Also, very walkable to restaurants and the Montagna and the medieval town.
Unfortunately, construction/renovation within the hotel (top floor?) started around 8:30am and was quite disruptive. We had already been woken up at 8am by the loud 8am daily flag raising ceremony at the US naval base across the street."

"We enjoyed eight nights at this beautiful, quiet property away from crowds, yet lots of places to explore nearby, with a car. The owner and staff were very welcoming, kind. Breakfast on private patio of room each morning and beautifully decorated, spotless room. Pool amazing and still open in October although cool. "
