Perfect Stay

Amazing host Vicky took care of everything. She goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The view is amazing and it's a truly special view of the sunset. You are away from all the people and noise and get to enjoy the sunset in peace without others. It's perfect.

Don’t miss this - our stay 7/10-7/13

The property is unbelievable and it cannot be described how helpful and attentive the manager, Thanos is. He helped us with every taxi ride, the supermarket, dinner reservations and a private boat excursion. Booked everything for us and triple checked everything was to our satisfaction. 5 stars

Lovely Santorini visit

Ode Villa was a perfect place to stay during our first trip to Santorini. The place is in great location and the views are spectacular. If you don’t mind walking it is perfect because it is a little bit away from the crowds, but you can just make your way over there for dinner and drinks. The best part was Vicky, who is the person that oversees the property. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even made reservations and transportation arrangements for us.

Property is located in a quiet area, sea facing and beautiful. Property is well maintained and clean. Bathroom can be better maintained. Door locks were a bit tricky to lock. Property coordinator, Thanos, was very responsive and helpful. Tours and car rides were well arranged by Thanos. Which made the vacation a positive experience. Overall a great memorable vacation.

I loved that the property was private compared to the other hotels and lodging in the area. It was a wonderful location for the sunset! Not too far from the main center in Oia, but it is about a 15 minute walk up hill. We rented a car which was perfect. Vicky was very responsive and hospitable! She left us some homemade cookies which was a sweetest touch. The bathroom shower was a little backed up, but not too bad.

Santorini - stay was awesome

Thanos went above and beyond to walk through the house, amenities and even took time to share best restaurants , beaches. Beachside property incredible views. Lovely jacuzzi. Breakfast items were provided. (If you spill any food, ants wouldn’t miss the opportunity to grab so be mindful) Evenings and late nights just sitting outside looking at sea enjoying the cool breeze was the best relaxing feel . He arranged a surprise decoration even when requested in last minute. He booked Luxury cruise, Photographer, massage. He made our trip seamless.

Beware… horrible place!!!!!

Beware of booking this property. You will not get what you see in pictures. We were truly conned into booking this place like bait-n-switch. Had to abandon the stay here and never got refund. Smartly they are clumping reviews for other booking category. Air condition was not working adequately. Wrongfully, showing other category pictures into lower class rooms. Check out some of other reviews like mine and totally sympathetic as they conned just like us. Will Need car as not walkable and near other amenities like they state. Book at your own risk!!!!!

We had great fun experience staying at Ode villa, the owner Viki was really helpful, guiding us everywhere we wanted to go, helped us to rent a car, and every two days we had room service. We are 💯 recommend this villa.

I'm not sure where to begin. I believe this property has false advertising. first of all the photos do not match how the property looks. it is also a 20-minute walk straight up hill to Oia. and there are no bus stops nearby. a few things that are wrong about the property, this is not a hotel/villa. there is no reception the only person that greeted us was someone we had to contact through WhatsApp. also, per the description, there is a full-service spa and also an outdoor pool to use. Neither of these are true. I was told i was not allowed to use the pool. they told us that the pool is only for use for 1 specific room and that was all. There is no spa or reception area. Also in the listing, they list free breakfast (local Cuisine) again. there was no breakfast. when i inquired about it from the person i was talking to, she brought over a sad package of lunch meats and a dozen uncooked eggs, and a loaf of bread. we were told we had to cook it ourselves. That is not what I expect when a property offers free breakfast! Last and not least, the day before we arrived,Vicky told me that there was a ferry strike going on and told us we had to find another way to the property. I ended up having to buy last-minute flights from Mykonos to Santorini which cost us nearly 600 dollars only to find out that the ferries were still running the next day. we lost a whole day of travel and didn't arrive until 9pm that day. finally.. there are a lot of ants!!!

The location and view from this property was amazing and if you value your privacy then this is the ideal place for a couple sipping cocktails from the private pool enjoying the amazing view, taking a stroll down to one of the stunning restaurants in Ammoudi Bay or a dip in the sea followed before chilling out at the Katharos Lounge & Vegan Meze Bar.
