I don’t usually write reviews and have never had a problem with bookings but this deserves one. This had been advertised previously has a high rated place. The review had been shown from an “external source” but reviews didn’t show. After booking this place, 2 weeks later we decided to do more research into it. It wasn’t well rated at all and had photos showing how dirty it was, the ratings were consistent across all reviewers. We tried to cancel 3 times but the owner of the place didn’t allow it. The combined effort of Expedia displaying high fake external reviews and the owner also doing it made it look appealing. But once digging further, it was always said to be dirty and gross by all reviewers. We ended up losing out on our $100+ and got another place. Don’t book Super disappointing

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia basic con letto queen nel basement, al nostro arrivo abbiamo invece trovato una stanza minuscola con due letti singoli, senza finestra, asciugamani sporchi e con forte odore di umidità, molto diversa da quanto riportano le foto su expedia. Anche gli ambienti comuni sono visibilmente sporchi e non c'è una ulteriore porta di separazione con la strada se non quella della camera. Si accede al basement tramite delle scale molto sporche. A fronte della nostra richiesta di avere una stanza coerente con quanto prenotato e con finestra siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura, più vicina al centro, con letto queen e finestra ma con gli stessi problemi di pulizia: asciugamani sporchi, lenzuola con macchie di sangue, abbiamo trovato capelli e peli in bagno, no carta igienica, no sapone, forte odore di umidità, macchie di muffa, frigorifero sporco internamente con bottiglie lasciate dai precedenti inquilini. Anche in questo caso gli ambienti comuni erano sporchi, con spazzatura lasciata negli angoli e sulle scale. Non abbiamo mai visto il gestore della struttura, lo abbiamo sentito solo tramite telefono, non ci ha mai nemmeno chiesto i documenti per il check in. Abbiamo fatto il check in e il check out in autonomia, non ha neanche mai risposto ai nostri messaggi in merito al check out. Struttura sconsigliatissima, costa poco ma non vale il rischio di rovinarsi il viaggio.
