Beautiful view, clean room. Breakfast was served every morning. Definitely worth what we paid. Only thing was the communication with the host was hard at times. Was not told when the staff would show up to clean, so multiple times we were caught off guard and had to hurry and leave in a rush. We paid extra for our driver to take us to the airport. Was told that someone would come help us with our bags up the 80 stairs and no one showed up. Frustrating with how much we paid for it. Our host was fast to get back to us but not the best at communicating details needed of the trip or room. Would recommend the room but recommend making sure details are explained throughly.

An absolutely amazing experience

The cave house was amazing and beautiful. The view so stunning my husband was brought to tears. The price was amazing and Mary, the desk agent or service manager (i dont know her title) was amazing. She got us checked in and taken care of very efficiently. I have a very bad back and she was able to find a masseuse to help with a detour long flight. She also booked us a catamaran tour with very little effort on our part. Then when we happen to leave some souvenirs on the boat, across the island, Mary coordinated getting the souvenirs back to us. She was absolutely amazing and just as wonderful a part of the trip as the view and the room itself. She was truly wonderful and the pinnacle of customer service not only on our trip but on all of our trips. Despite everything we saw in Greece our experience here with this company and Mary was the highlight of the trip.

Malgré les mesures sanitaires, nous avons été pris en charge très efficacement et confortablement par la navette prévue. Arrivés au logement, et durant tout le séjour, notre contact sur place, en la personne de Mary, aussi prévenante , agréable que compétente, s’est mise en 4 pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Le personnel fut de même, éminemment sympathique, ponctuel, discret et adaptatif. L’appartement était à la hauteur de la vue, génial. Très bien situé, bien entretenu et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. Nous le recommandons sans réserve...et y retournerons dès que possible !

Endroit magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire, décoration incroyable, vraiment impressionnant. En revanche beaucoup de vis à vis du jaccuzzi vous allez voir les voisins de près (ce n'était pas vraiment visible des photos donc je préfère le mentionner) mais bon quasiment tous les hébergements de la caldera sont comme ça..Mais c'est tellement magnifique comme endroit. Autre point à plus de 400 euros la nuit on ne s attend pas à avoir des problèmes techniques et pourtant.. plus d électricité pendant 1h, de l eau qui coulait que la terasse. Il faut penser à brancher et débrancher un bouton sur le compteur pour avoir de l eau chaude.. Heureusement le personnel est très à l écoute et réactif. Ils passent régulièrement sur place en prévenant ou pas d'ailleurs.
