* Garden with lawn from which you will have access to the driveway that will lead directly to the pool.

In addition, below the apartment you will be able to take advantage of an automated coin-operated laundry room equipped with a dryer.



The apartment keys and parking card will be given to guests inside the port reception.

To access the parking lot, simply take the appropriate ticket, which will then be replaced for the duration of your stay by the card given to you by the front desk.

The front desk will be available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Sunday half-day).



Residential area in which you will be able to have access to various services such as the rental of different types of boats, the use of a gym, various restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, tobacco shop and above the apartment a beautiful 24-km-long bike path that starts from Ospedaletti and goes all the way to Imperia.



IInside Porto degli Aregai it is possible to move on foot, instead if you want to leave the complex and you are not equipped with your own vehicle you can use a shuttle bus service with terminus San Remo or Imperia.

The port has several parking lots with H24 surveillance, and when the guest arrives, he or she will be given a card to be able to enter and exit freely
