Had a lovely stay. Got a very nice room and it was nice and cozy, very spacious. There's a mall that's a quick Uber ride away and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I went for a concert at the nearby stadium and I was able to walk back afterwards and avoid being stuck in traffic, so it was super convenient.

The place was great, and it did look nice. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable, but he served his purpose for the shortest day that I head oh, but definitely recommend and maybe back soon next month.

Amazing hotel and amazing price. The place is very clean and decorated very nice. The rooms have tv with netflix and youtube, and are also filled with all sorts of snacks and drinks (which are not included but its still nice to have them for a price). The location of it is excellent too as its close to the main places of the city. The roof has a decent view with a jacuzzi which its a great plus for couples. Loved that every room has the name of a city in DR. All of this for the price its just incredible. Definitely coming back !

It’s very nice and the staff are very helpful

I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere. They were very helpful. My only complaint is that I am a sports fanatic and I was unable to navigate through the tv. Only the night before I left I had someone fixing my problem.

It was great to arrive to a warm and welcoming environment. As soon as you arrive you’re greeted with extreme hospitality and kindness. The rooms are great, very comfortable, and absolutely clean. The manager of the hotel seems to really put customer service at the top of her priority list. There were multiple shifts at the front desk however each shift was seamless and met our needs effortlessly. If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Santo Domingo this would be the hotel to stay at. I absolutely would return!

Staff were great! My sink was leaking, the rooftop area was locked close and for guest it was not easily accessible. The check out process is time consuming. The wifi is not reliable at all. Cleanliness is good.

Not sound proof rooms: heard people in the hallway and kids crying in their rooms, and the bass from the rooftop bar. They don’t have 4 pools… only 1 hot tub. The had a QR code to order food that didn’t work. Internet went out and was off and on. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.
