This was not a hotel, it's a luxury apartment with the gym on the 2nd floor, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop with great city view. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, there were only bar soap and conditioners. There were washer and dryer in the unit, bring your own detergent. It was close to walk the big shopping mall with the bank and the grocery store. Many local restaurants nearby.

When I showed up at the property to check in, the guy at the front desk could not find my reservation. I showed him my receipt from Expedia showing all the information. I called the Host multiple times and he never answered. I called Expedia, explained the situation and they decided to see if they had better luck getting in contact with the Host which they did. Turns out the Host who rents this residence/apartment, never created my reservation. Since I was already at the property I asked if we can just make the reservation now since I’m already here with all my bags- the Host said no. I did get a full refund and had to book another nearby hotel. Needless to say, the Host was incredibly unprofessional and careless. If you decide to book this property, reach out and confirm your reservation with them before you show up.

Everything is perfect except my rsvp was in the system when I got there. The host Phone number isn’t valid but luckily I know everyone in DR use WhatsApp. But the host didn’t answer when I call. He finally reply by text.
