The room is too dirty, I had to checked out the same day. I didn’t even spend 3 hrs in the room bcoz I cannot sleep because of noise. They front desk guy told me I will get refund for the remaining 3 night but he lie to me. It was a bad experience for me.

La ubicación es buena, está andando a media hora del centro colonial y en Uber son 3 euros. La limpieza bien, el servicio bien pero le falta algo de mantenimiento sobre todo en las duchas y el desayuno necesita algo más de variedad, por lo demás calidad/ precio muy bien.

Para comenzar fue una estafa en su totalidad reserve una habitacion deluxe execitive level.y me.dieron una habitacion que no llegaba ni a cueva la #5 liego pedi un cambio pues era insoportable el ruido me.dieron la 51 nada de deluxe la verdad a no ser por una noche si no hay una opcion no lo recomiendo el personal ok el.desayuno super pobre la limpieza mucho que desear los.baños son terribles todo esta muy t viejo y gastado es una lastima tienen muy buena hubicacion las fotos nada que ver un engaño total

Staff is polite. Hotel is safe. I stayed at the cozy room, not at the hotel side. No one came to clean the room, even for the wastes. As I stayed alone, it was not a big issue for me. But at leats a quick cleaning could be nicer. The breakfast is weak but compared to the price, no need to expect more. The district of the hotel may not be so secure by night so better to use Uber for access

I really enjoyed my stay, and I really can't wait to go back... The hotel was good, the breakfast was very good, the services are perfect, the staff are very wise and kind, especially the lady of the customer service ... Only I would have preferred that they add the cleaning services included in the price of the hotel, it's advice...

Llegando en el hotel el señor José me dijo que no quedaba habitacion con cama queen size con vista al mar que he reservado. Me mostraba una habitacion sin ventana, pequeña, con marca amarilla de humedad en cada pared, una verguenza total ! He rechazado la reservacion para no cumplimiento de mi reservacion y teni que buscar un otro hotel

Great location, very pleasant and clean room. All of the amenities you need. The bed was brand new and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and generous. Hotel stays in the center of Malecon, near all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Overall, great value for staying in Santo Domingo!

There’s no human picking up the contact number provided on the booking when you call the “hotel”. The place is like a Mexican novela ‘pension’; there’s nothing wrong with that type of stay, but be clear about it on the description of the ‘hotel’. I never had contact with ‘staff’ during my stay, other than a cab driver looking fella greeting me at the parking lot once I arrive. Expedia offered my cousin this place by booking over the phone as a place to stay for the night cause the flight arrived at 11pm & it was dique close to the airport. It was very difficult to locate the place. Expedia should do better research before offering this type of places as a quick stay after a late flight. Otra cosa - It Is Not a Safe location. We were okay cause we grew up at the capital, pero I don’t recommend the area to a tourist.

The building access is inconvenient. The access to the room is awful: after having to open to open two padlocks on two iron gate, I had to walk along a long balcony on the second floor to find a very tiny spiral staircase to climb to the third floor. Then I used another key to open the bedroom which was small but very clean and had good air condition but did NOT has a bathroom inside! To shower and use the toilet you must leave your room, go along the balcony and use another key to open the door to get the bathroom service, which seam to be shared. I walked out, got access to the web and reserved a room in another hotel. Of course, I did not get reinvestment because it was into the 24 hour they allowed to cancel the reservation. I gave the key to the maid and ran away of that place!

Foi muito difícil encontrar o hotel, que funciona nas dependências de um espaço comercial e não consta uma sinalização específica para a hospedagem. Contamos com a gentileza de outros condôminos durante 1 hora para encontrar o ponto exato. Este aplicativo não nos proporcionou o telefone de contato do hotel. Depois de tanto tempo procurando uma informação, conseguimos o telefone da proprietária noutro sítio eletrônico. Ela foi em todo o tempo imensamente gentil! A cama queen e o colchão de boa qualidade foram o ponto alto, juntamente com a simpatia da proprietária. Só não nos agradou ter que pagar pela limpeza (não me lembro do aplicativo informar sobre isto) e o fato de não haver porta no banheiro; isso tira totalmente a privacidade de quem usa o banheiro e incomoda quem está dormindo. O pedido de café da manhã por telefone não funcionou na segunda-feira e na terça-feira, então desisti de tentar.
