"Overall the hotel was good, great amenities, cleanliness, room,food all good. My only complaints were the remote location. No restaurants , stores or cafe in walking distance so I felt I had to eat there out of convenience. The breakfast was overpriced ($30+usd) a bit much for a breakfast. Also the waitresses in the casino were not very friendly, many times I got passed over for drinks while others got preferential service. Ps: the woman making omelettes performed her job in an exemplary manner. Remembering orders and cooking them to perfection. Well done."

"The hotel is conveniently located in one of the best areas of the Colonial Zone, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The area also felt very safe. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a boutique hotel. The breakfast was very poor, to the point that we chose to have breakfast at a restaurant instead. The rooftop bar was not open during our stay, which was disappointing. The towels were quite old and could definitely use replacing, and the room lacked the thoughtful details and essential toiletries one would normally expect from a boutique hotel. The location is definitely the hotel’s strongest point, but the quality of the amenities and attention to detail need significant improvement."
