With us you have the freedom to feel at home, with all the privacy you deserve, the apartment will be for you only, the environment is urban and comfortable. Wi-fi and Ethernet connection if required, the apartment is modest, comfortable, well ventilated and bright.

The rooms each have a double bed, a bedside table with a powerful ceiling fan, wardrobes * only one of the rooms has air conditioning *. the bathroom is equipped with the essentials (toilet, sink, bathtub, mirror and hot water. The entire apartment is fully equipped
provision. Living room and dining room equipped with sofa, armchairs, cushions, curtains, Tv with Netflix and Youtube, dining table and chairs, floor lamps. the kitchen is equipped with a large stove with oven, propane gas for cooking, large fridge with freezer. glasses, plates, cutlery and pans. there is a hand wash area. We do not have an electric washing machine but in the same block you will find a laundry very close.

you have access to every corner of the apartment.

The surroundings of the condominium are urban, the neighbors are friendly and helpful, the other people who live in the condominium are respectful and of good manners.

The condo is right across the street. Public transport is a few meters from the apartment but if you have a vehicle you can park it on the street or pay for parking that are in the area and if you ask for taxis they will pick you up at the door of the condominium.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor, and you will be the only person staying on this level, the condominium does not have access for the disabled.
