Convenient location and the price is right.

Owner and staff were responsive and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen (stove, sink and fridge) helped make my stay more convenient and economical than I'd expected because I did not have to go out for every meal. (Excellent supermarket is just a few blocks away on El Conde.) Location is excellent and price is right. I'd stay here again.

Warning - misrepresentation - do not book!

NOT the photos you see online! - the main door was locked and we had to ask nearby shopkeepers to contact the landlord who was late despite a pre-agreed time - the hotel also runs under a different name which causes confusion - not the room we booked, our family forced to live in separate rooms - no air conditioning - no blanket - no cleaning service although promised - not willing to give one more roll of toilet paper - bed, water, electricity and wifi very unstable Overall, consider this as a gentle warning. Better spend a few more bucks on a nicer hotel in order to avoid all these problems which may turn your DomRep experience sour

Sehr gut!

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus sondern im 2. Gebäude in der Calle Sánchez untergebracht. Es war eine kleine Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon zur Straße, nur ein paar Meter bis zur Calle El Conde. Das Appartement war zwar ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hatte aber alles, was wir brauchten und war sehr sauber. Kleiner Abzug: Die Wohnungstür ist etwas tricky zu öffnen bzw zu schließen. Aber wenn man den Bogen erstmal raus hat, geht es. Sowohl der Eigentümer als auch das Personal waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial und das Hotel definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
