Very classy decorations in the rooms, cleanness, new cooking facilities, big windows, convenient location, super nice landlord with quick response!

The host was super responsive. The building staff was efficient and responsive. Apartment had a king size bed, full kitchen, a full bath and a half bath, large screen TVs, well equipped gym.

Overall, the stay was good the bed is comfortable, hot water etc. The lights were not all working and I did not like the smell coming from the mop and laundry room but nothing bleach cant kill.The owner is professional some of the furniture is stained and the apartment is 7 years old not brand new like its listed.I enjoyed staying there despite these minor issues.

Super clean love the area closed to fancy restaurants , salon, Food shopping, club, overall we love it I was are first time in DR and we couldn’t pick a better place to stay and the communication with the host super fast

Excellent location and equipment and nice landlord!

I have repeated my stay many times, really love Victor’s apartment. New furniture, new kitchen, new washing machine etc. The building is new and safe with descent lobby and well equipped gym. I definitely recommend it!
