"We stay 4 nights at Taller de juan and all I can say is that is the most welcoming place i’ve ever been, is super quiet and aesthetic, every corner at the hotel is a piece of art. The restauran at the hotel is a 10/10 super delicious. "

"My dad, brother and I just spent 4 nights at guayaba inn and it was fantastic. Its 10 mins away from the main square and some of San Cristobal‘s main sights. The rooms surround a gorgeous garden with tropical flowers and a koi fish pond. Breakfast is included and although the options are limited, everything is delicious. The only issue we had was that we didn’t have hot water in our rooms but the manager Julio got this fixed promptly and offered us to do our laundry for free as compensation. 10...

"This hotel was so clean, comfortable and well-run! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Really lovely place. My very minor complaint would be the pillows were hard but the beds were perfect and the linens very nice!"

"I loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and kind. I had two rooms - both overlooked the courtyard and were beautiful. Exposed beams, great pillows, delicious breakfast, and perfect location. "

"The team at Sombra del Agua went above and beyond to make our recent trip a truly unforgettable experience. Not only did they provide exceptional accommodations and service at their beautiful hotel, but they also facilitated a fabulous dinner for our large group. The beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. The hotel used to be an old home, so there isn’t the best insulation. They have a sister hotel that has more updated rooms and a spa & gym. Both restaurants are amazing.

"I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience! "
"The hotel was excellent – just a short walk from San Cristóbal’s central park in a safe area. The facilities have lovely colonial touches that give it real character. Comfortable, well located, and great value for money. I’d happily return."
